Below are the explanations of each column on the new street names list.
  • Column 1 - New Street Name
  • Column 2 - Suffix of the new street name
    (For a list of approved suffix codes click here.)
  • Column 3 - County Route Number: This is the county route number that corresponds with the street name.
  • Column 4 - Low Address Range: This is the lowest box number on this particular street. Most normally it will always be 1.
  • Column 5 - High Address Range: This is the highest box number on this particular street.
  • Column 6 - Old Street Name: This is the old street name before it was changed.
  • Column 7 - Cross Street: This is the nearest intersecting street that crosses this particular street.
  • Column 8 - Suffix of the cross street.

  • Column 9 - City or Municipality that the street is located in.
